What is The Catalyst TOT?

The Catalyst program is a Training of Trainers program. A learner-centered program designed to engage learners into the different facets of what makes up a trainer. Our target is to produce catalysts for change. Catalysts that can empower learners to take the decision to learn & grow.

The program’s Methodology of Practice

Each learner will be provided with the following during the duration of the program:

  • A unique username & password to access the Catalyst's LMS (Learning Management System)

  • A printed interactive catalyst handout

  • Program's elearning lessons uploaded on the LMS

  • Access to the program's game

  • Recordings of the online sessions

The program's duration is 82 hours / tri-weekly / 6 weeks/ 16 hours a week

  • Every Monday

    (Online) from 7 to 10:00 pm

  • Every Wednesday

    from 6:00 to 10:00 pm

  • Every Saturday

    from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Starting from Saturday, 4th of January 2025

Graduation date: Saturday, 22nd of February 2025

Learning Architect/Founder of The Catalyst

Moe Ash

Moe Ash is a learning architect dedicated to the notion of designing learning experiences. He holds a BSC degree in Human Resources Management and a minor in Economics from Sadat Academy for Management Sciences , a Master's degree in International Development from the American University in Cairo. An CIPD-HR associate (level 5), Certified Instructional Designer HRCI, Certified Competency Matrix Developer, Certified Assessment Center Analyst from Middle Earth HR, and a diploma in Community Psychology from the American University in Cairo. A brand ambassador to the Genially authoring tool. Moe is currently looking into acquiring his degree in business psychology aiming to blend gamification and performance management in a tight cohesive mold. Moe is the founder of The Catalyst, an instructional design consultancy focused on the sole purpose of creating impeccable learning experiences.

Mohamed Tarek

Mohamed is an HRBP Manager with 13 years of work experience (10 years in Human Resources). Mohamed holds a human resources management certificate from AUC and is a certified international professional trainer from Missouri state university. His corporate background experience includes Vodafone, Elsabaa Autoservice and SEOUDI Supermarket. He is also having a freelancing experience in HR & training for 5 years now. During the previous 5 years, he dedicated himself to help organizations overcome a variety of challenges by aiding them with the necessary needed qualifications. Mohamed has conducted several training courses in the fields of Management, HR and Soft Skills His proficiency is on the following topics: - Leadership Skills - Presentation Skills - Communication Skills - Fundamentals of HR - Interviewing Skills - Performance Management. - Business Writing. - Team Building - Problem Solving & Decision Making - Customer Service

An accomplished L&D professional with 3 years of experience in the L&D field, designing and delivering different programs across all levels, from new hire onboarding to leadership development. With over 300 hours of corporate trainings on my sleeve and facilitating more than 840 hours of game-based new hire orientations. My expertise lie in delivering impactful learning experiences, strategic learning program and performance improvements.
