The Catalyst TOT

The Catalyst program is a Training of Trainers program. A learner-centered program designed to engage learners into the different facets of what makes up a trainer. Our target is to produce catalysts for change. Catalysts that can empower learners to take the decision to learn & grow.

The Catalyst is a program for any person targeting the learning industry aiming to be a Trainer.

The program uses the gamification discpline,

The program's Target Audience

The program is for individuals who want to start and/or advance in their training careers.
If you have 0-5 years of training experience, this program is for you, regardless of your age or background.

The program’s Methodology of Practice

Each learner will be provided with the following during the duration of the program:

  • A unique username & password to access the Catalyst's LMS (Learning Management System)
  • A printed interactive catalyst handout
  • Program's elearning lessons uploaded on the LMS
  • Access to the program's game
  • Recordings of the online sessions

The program's duration:

82 hours / tri-weekly / 6 weeks/ 16 hours a week

Every Monday

(Online) from 7 to 10:00 pm

Every Wednesday

from 6:00 to 10:00 pm

Every Saturday

from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

MOE ASH

With a 6-year background experience in the BPO industry, business development, a managerial post in the UN, and finally a 18 years experience in the training field. Moe has come to condense and formulate all of his efforts and knowledge acquired to dedicate it to the field of empowerment and development in the form of training programs & applied workshops to further enhance the youth who are facing today's dynamic global race.

Being a human development consultant has given Moe the chance to conduct sessions, workshops & seminars to over 50,000 trainees from different walks of life & business; starting from university students, juniors, seniors, middle management and even top management of governmental institutions and corporate.

This ray of diversity has helped tremendously with further career excavation in the field of human development along with corporate learning & development. As he is looking into starting a master's degree in business psychology to be able to blend between L&D, gamification & performance management in a tight cohesive productive mold.

Finally, Moe’s specialty in the field comes in the form of creating a diverse set of synchronous & asynchronous learning experiences for corporate regionally & internationally. Using microlearning, AR, elearning creations, learning games and gamification systems.
Moe currently is the founder of The Catalyst, an instructional design consultancy focused on the sole purpose of creating impeccable learning experiences.

MOHAMED TAREK

Mohamed is an HRBP Manager with 13 years of work experience (10 years in Human Resources). Mohamed holds a human resources management certificate from AUC and is a certified international professional trainer from Missouri state university. His corporate background experience includes Vodafone, Elsabaa Autoservice and SEOUDI Supermarket.

He is also having a freelancing experience in HR & training for 5 years now. During the previous 5 years, he dedicated himself to help organizations overcome a variety of challenges by aiding them with the necessary needed qualifications. Mohamed has conducted several training courses in the fields of Management, HR and Soft Skills His proficiency is on the following topics: - Leadership Skills - Presentation Skills - Communication Skills - Fundamentals of HR - Interviewing Skills - Performance Management. - Business Writing. - Team Building - Problem Solving & Decision Making - Customer Service

Menna is An accomplished L&D officer with 5 years of experience in the L&D field, designing and delivering different programs across all levels, from new hire onboarding to leadership development.
With over 400 hours of corporate trainings on my sleeve and facilitating more than 840 hours of game-based new hire orientations.

My expertise lie in delivering impactful learning experiences, strategic learning program and performance improvements.

Mohamed is a Training Team Lead with six years of experience in diverse training environments, certified in Training of Trainers, Virtual Facilitation, and AI Career Essentials.
Skilled in strategic thinking, instructional design, and coaching using the GROW Framework. Experienced in certifying new trainers on TOT and invited as a public speaker on soft skills at various universities.

Proficient in tools like Microsoft Suite, Canva, and video making to create engaging, interactive learning experiences. I am eager to bring my expertise to an organization focused on innovation and professional growth.
